Facilitator Spotlight: Alexej Witschkanow, Erlangen - Nüremberg - Germany
Today we introduce you to Alexej Witschkanow.
Alexej didn’t come to this work to become a facilitator. He came because something inside him was changing... and he chose to follow it.
Through his own Kundalini process, he met his emotions without filters.
Raw. Honest. Unedited.
And in that meeting, a deeper space opened, one where self-knowledge was no longer conceptual, but lived.
Get to know Alexej’s story here:
What brought you to this work?
I started doing this work because of my own transformation with Kundalini. When I began, I honestly didn’t expect much. I thought I already knew myself pretty well. But Kundalini showed me my emotions in a way I didn’t expect, they were just there. Raw. Honest. Unfiltered. And suddenly I had this space inside me where I could learn so much more about myself than I ever thought possible.
So I kept going. I wanted to see how deep this really goes.
That’s why I started the Kundalini training, Partly out of curiosity, partly out of this inner pull that said: There’s more. Go further.
How has this work transformed you?
During the training, especially the one I did in Spain, something shifted. I realized I didn’t just want to experience this work for myself... I wanted to
hold space for people who are walking the same path. It felt natural. Like spreading something that changed me so deeply I couldn’t keep it to myself.
What sessions and spaces do you offer?
Since then, I’ve been offering regular sessions, and it’s beautiful to see how people show up for themselves. How they enjoy having a space where
they can release emotions without needing to explain them. A space where they can just be. Now I’m offering Kundalini sessions in my hometown,
Erlangen. Usually I work with other facilitators because I love combining our energies. It creates a completely different field than working alone.
What would you say to someone considering training as a facilitator?
I think if you feel like you want to go deeper, if you feel Kundalini is helping you, but daily life, work, and all the “to-dos” pull you out of yourself;
Then a training is exactly what gives you the time and the spaciousness to truly explore, to see how far you can go without being interrupted by
normal life. And yes, it can change a lot, but it changes what’s already inside you, what your heart already wants to know.
Working with Alba and Eefke was a big part of that for me. They inspired me, supported me, and gave me so many intentions for my own work.
This whole year changed a lot in my life, and I’m genuinely grateful for it.
Any other thoughts?
I would love to see more people in this space, especially more men. Not because women aren’t enough, but because the full spectrum of energies, the
balance, the depth... It becomes something really powerful when all of us show up.
So yeah… this is why I do what I do.
And I’m excited to see where this path continues to lead.
