“I did feel some tension when I went to the first day, group processes are usually quite challenging for me. How will I feel within the group? Will I be accepted? So I often start by holding back and observing first.
The loving welcome and energy of Eefke and Alba were truly heartwarming, and the group felt like a warm bath in which I could relax and allow myself to just be me.
The Kundalini sessions were so deep and powerful. They have left me feeling freer, lighter, and more energized (before this weekend I was honestly quite tired). I feel clearer, uplifted, and have a deep trust in myself and in the future.
The connection with myself, with Eefke and Alba, and with this beautiful group of people has recharged me, and I want more! The pull of the facilitator training week is so strong; just thinking of it gives me goosebumps and butterflies.

“MAGICAL, it was a very beautiful & profound experience! Alba and Eefke are able to create such a safe and loving environment, this is what makes a difference and it really creates a deep connection amongst the group, they really see the people!
