Bio: I am Ellen, from Belgium I have always felt inspired to take care of others and also i am very sensitive for the feelings of others. I am a mother of four young adult children, a husband, 2 dogs, 2 cats and a bunch of chicken.

I excelled in my lifework raising them all. With the children now at a more self propelling age, I gradually started to alter the course in my life bringing more balance and further educating myself in nutrition, spirituality and people care.

Just before Covid I started to switch my attention more from family CEO and supporting our privately owned consultancy business towards emergency response. I graduated as a first emergency responder while further deep diving into healthy life cupping therapist, nutritional balance and spiritual development.

Besides growing as a person through my educational and spiritual development I discovered a way to help others.
